Our Policies

We strive to provide all of our patients with the highest standard of care. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as Financial Plans like MediCard.


Because of the unique and specialized nature of our treatments, some procedures can be billed to your insurance but may affect the coverage of other treatments done. We will of course assist you in submitting your claim to your insurance company. If you have questions about these please ask our office staff. It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure all submission deadlines are met.

Pre-authorization to your insurance provider for any procedure available upon request.


After an appointment has been reserved for you, 48 hours notice is required for alterations or cancellations. Less notice or excessive tardiness may result in a fee of $150.00 for each half hour missed.
